Most designers say AI improves their process, but ethical concerns remain |
The vast majority of designers say AI has improved their process, according to a new report.The State of AI in Design report, produced by Designer Fund and Foundation Capital, interviewed 400 designers from companies like Spotify, Zoom and Dropbox.Its authors wanted to take a “measured look ahead seeking clarity on what AI truly means for designers and how we might actively shape its future,” rather than “swing between enthusiasm and existential dread,” which is how much of the AI-design discourse currently plays out.Overall, designers’ sentiment towards AI was positive. |
